Ingredients
main
2 tbsp cajun spice
1 tsp cayenne pepper
4 pcs white fish fillets
1 tsp vegetable oil
8 pcs flour tortilla
1 pcs avocado
2 little gem lettuce (shredded)
4 pcs spring onions (shredded)
300 ml salsa
1 pot sour cream
1 pcs lemon
1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
Directions
Mix the cajun spice and cayenne pepper with a little seasoning on a large plate and coat the fish all over.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and add the fish; cook over medium heat until golden, then reduce heat and continue frying until cooked through, about 10 minutes (cook in batches if needed).
Prepare the dressing by combining sour cream, lemon juice, garlic, a little seasoning and any remaining salsa to taste.
Soften the tortillas by heating briefly (5–10 seconds) in the microwave.
Assemble tacos: pile avocado, shredded lettuce and spring onion on tortillas, add a spoonful of salsa, top with large flakes of cooked fish and drizzle over the dressing.
