Ingredients
mousse
1 pcs banana
3 tbsp cacao
1 pcs avocado
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp water
0.01 tsp sea salt
Directions
Blend all the mousse ingredients together until smooth, adding cacao first and adjusting ratios to taste (equal amounts of banana and avocado recommended).
Taste and add a few drops of stevia if more sweetness is desired.
Fill cups or shot glasses with the mousse, sprinkle with cacao powder or nibs and serve.
If using a fresh (not frozen) banana, chill the mousse before serving for a cooling dessert.
