Chocolate Raspberry Brownies

- dark chocolate
- 100 g milk chocolate
- 250 g salted butter
- 400 g light brown soft sugar
- 4 pcs eggs (large)
- 140 g plain flour
- 50 g cocoa powder
- 200 g raspberries
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180C (160C fan) / gas mark 4 and line a 20x30 cm baking tray with parchment.
- Put the dark and milk chocolate, butter and sugar in a pan and gently melt, stirring occasionally.
- Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the eggs one at a time.
- Sieve in the flour and cocoa and fold into the chocolate mixture.
- Stir in half the raspberries, scrape the batter into the prepared tray and scatter the remaining raspberries on top.
- Bake on the middle shelf for 30 minutes (or 35 minutes for a firmer texture).
- Cool completely before slicing into squares and store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
