  • 6 pcs Mars bar (chopped)
  • 150 g butter
  • 120 g rice krispies
  • 150 g milk chocolate

Directions

  • Grease and line a 20x20cm baking tin with parchment paper.
  • Place chopped Mars bars and butter in a heatproof bowl over barely simmering water and whisk until smooth.
  • Pour the melted mixture over rice krispies in a mixing bowl and stir until evenly combined.
  • Press the mixture evenly into the prepared baking tin and set aside.
  • Melt the milk chocolate in the microwave or over barely simmering water.
  • Spread the melted chocolate over the rice krispie layer and leave to set in a cool place.
  • Once set, slice into squares and serve.
