  • 2 pcs beef brisket
  • 2 pcs bread
  • 1 pcs lettuce
  • 1 pcs tomato
  • 100 g ham
  • 100 g mozzarella
  • 100 g bacon
  • 1 pcs egg
  • 1 pcs onion
  • 1 pcs pepper

Directions

  • Crush or thinly flatten the beef brisket and brown it on a griddle.
  • Fry the eggs, bacon and ham until cooked.
  • Cut the bread in half horizontally.
  • Assemble: layer beef brisket, fried egg, bacon, ham, mozzarella, tomato slices and lettuce on one half of the bread.
  • Cover with the other half of the bread and serve immediately.
