2 pcs beef brisket
2 pcs bread
1 pcs lettuce
1 pcs tomato
100 g ham
100 g mozzarella
100 g bacon
1 pcs egg
1 pcs onion
1 pcs pepper
Directions
Crush or thinly flatten the beef brisket and brown it on a griddle.
Fry the eggs, bacon and ham until cooked.
Cut the bread in half horizontally.
Assemble: layer beef brisket, fried egg, bacon, ham, mozzarella, tomato slices and lettuce on one half of the bread.
Cover with the other half of the bread and serve immediately.
