  • 4 pcs sausages
  • 4 pcs bacon rashers
  • 4 pcs mushrooms
  • 3 pcs tomatoes
  • 2 pcs black pudding (sliced)
  • 2 pcs eggs
  • 1 pcs bread slice
  • 100 g baked beans

Directions

  • Heat a flat grill or pan over low heat and brush sparingly with olive oil.
  • Cook sausages first on the coolest part of the grill, cook slowly about 15-20 minutes turning occasionally until golden; after 10 minutes increase heat to medium; if short on space fully cook sausages and keep warm in oven.
  • Snip small cuts into bacon edges, grill 2-4 minutes each side until desired crispiness; keep warm if needed.
  • Brush dirt off mushrooms, trim stalks, season with salt and pepper, drizzle oil, grill stalk-side up 1-2 minutes then turn and cook 3-4 minutes without moving too much.
  • Cut tomatoes in half, remove core, season and drizzle oil, grill cut-side down 2 minutes then turn and cook 2-3 minutes until tender.
  • Slice black pudding into 3-4 slices, remove skin, grill 1.5-2 minutes each side until slightly crispy.
  • For fried bread heat a pan to medium, add oil, fry bread 2-3 minutes each side until golden; optionally add butter after turning for richer flavor.
  • For fried eggs break eggs into pan with fried bread, wait 30 seconds, add a knob of butter and baste eggs with melted butter, cook to preferred doneness and season.
  • Serve all components hot on warm plates with ketchup or brown sauce and enjoy immediately.
