8 pcs sardines
2 tbsp olive oil
3 pcs garlic cloves
1 tbsp paprika
0.5 pcs lemon
4 pcs rosemary sprigs
1 pcs red chilli
Directions
Combine olive oil, garlic, paprika, half a lemon (juice), rosemary, red chilli and seasoning in a bowl.
Pour marinade into a baking dish, add sardines and toss to coat, cover and chill for a few hours.
Heat a BBQ or griddle pan until hot.
Cook sardines 4–5 minutes per side until caramelised and charred.
Place on a serving plate, drizzle with a little more olive oil, sprinkle extra paprika and squeeze over lemon wedges.
