A hearty Dutch snack of crispy fries layered with seasoned doner meat, melted Gouda and fresh salad, finished with garlic and hot sauce for a flavorful, shareable meal.

250 g fries
500 g doner meat
garlic sauce
hot sauce
1 pcs lettuce (bulb)
1 pcs tomato
1 pcs cucumber
100 g gouda cheese
Directions
Cut the meat into strips.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the strips for 6.0 minutes until cooked through.
Bake the fries until golden brown in a deep fryer and transfer to a baking dish, spreading evenly.
Cover the fries with a layer of cooked meat and spread evenly.
Add a layer of cheese over the meat and put in the oven for a few minutes until the cheese is melted.
Chop the lettuce, tomato and cucumber into small pieces and mix to make a basic salad (optional add olives, jalapeƱos and red onion).
Divide the salad over the dish and serve with garlic sauce and hot sauce.
