  • 1 pcs bread
  • 1.5 l olive oil
  • 0.5 pcs garlic cloves
  • 1 handful pork

Directions

  • Crumble the bread into small pieces and sprinkle with cold water; cover with a damp cloth and leave for 30 minutes.
  • Heat 2.0 tsp olive oil in a deep pan.
  • Add the garlic cloves with skins on, make a small cut in each, and fry for 5 minutes, then set the garlic aside.
  • In the same oil, add the soaked bread and simmer, stirring constantly, for 15 minutes; add a grind of black pepper.
  • Add the fried garlic and continue stirring about 20 minutes until the bread is soft and golden and pork is incorporated if using.
