  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 pcs eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 0.75 cup water
  • 0.01 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp butter

Directions

  • Add flour, eggs, milk, water, salt and sugar in a large bowl and mix with a hand mixer until you have a smooth, lump-free batter.
  • Mix in the butter (or vegetable oil) or reserve it to grease the pan before frying each pancake.
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and pour in enough batter, swirling the pan to spread it thin.
  • When the pancake starts to pull away from the sides and the top is no longer wet, flip and cook briefly on the other side.
  • Transfer to a plate and repeat with the remaining batter.
  • Serve warm with your choice of fillings.
