Ingredients
ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 2 pcs eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 0.75 cup water
- 0.01 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3 tbsp butter
Directions
- Add flour, eggs, milk, water, salt and sugar in a large bowl and mix with a hand mixer until you have a smooth, lump-free batter.
- Mix in the butter (or vegetable oil) or reserve it to grease the pan before frying each pancake.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and pour in enough batter, swirling the pan to spread it thin.
- When the pancake starts to pull away from the sides and the top is no longer wet, flip and cook briefly on the other side.
- Transfer to a plate and repeat with the remaining batter.
- Serve warm with your choice of fillings.
