  • 1.25 cup self-raising flour
  • 0.5 cup coco sugar
  • 0.3333333333 cup raw cacao
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 pcs flax eggs (ground flaxseed mixed with water)
  • 0.5 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup boiling water

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
  • Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Combine wet ingredients (including prepared flax eggs) in another bowl.
  • Pour wet into dry and blend until smooth.
  • Stir in boiling water until incorporated.
  • Pour batter into a prepared cake pan.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
  • Decorate with melted vegan chocolate.
