  • 400 g roasted vegetables
  • 1 can kidney beans (drained)
  • 1 can chopped tomatoes
  • 1 pcs mixed grain pouch

Directions

  • Heat oven to 200C (180C fan/gas 6).
  • Place the roasted vegetables in a casserole dish and cook for 15 minutes.
  • Add the kidney beans and chopped tomatoes to the dish, season to taste, and cook for a further 10–15 minutes until piping hot.
  • Heat the mixed grain pouch in the microwave on High for 1 minute.
  • Serve the heated grains with the vegetarian chilli.
